I love my granddad so much. He always made people laugh at the silly things he would do or say. He had a good sense of humour, was loving, kind and generous. The thing that people will remember him most for is the sweet shop he set up in his front room so he could sell sweets to all the kids living on the estate he lived on.

we came to see you last month and we planted some lovely flowers for you. and to my surprise the rose bush i planted 3 years ago is still growing very beautifully for you.(even though we know how much you hate flowers and plants) but as mum always says revenge is sweet lol miss you and love you loads. look after my angel for me up there.

Grandad so many images come to mind
whenever I speak your name;
It seems without you in my life
things have never been the same.
What happened to those lazy days
when I was just a child;
When my life was consumed in you
in your love, and in your smile.

Unfortunately you werent around to see your beautiful great granddaughters bought into this world but i know you are looking down on all of us and have met them both already. The eldest is my daughter Soraya Marie McClean born by emegency cesarian section weighing 9lb 3 1/2oz at 9.50am 24/10/2005 so will be 4 in 2 weeks and the youngest Angel-Marie Palmer born naturally weighing 7lb 10 1/2 oz at 10.18am on 26/05/2009.I was 19 when Soraya was born and Hannah 18 when Angel-Marie was born.You also missed out on mums wedding day (yes we all thought it would never happen haha).Love and miss you every day xxxxxxxxxxxx
